Coverage of specific home purchase costs.

Mortgage Interest Differential

If required to pay 2-5% higher interest rate on new home due to
economy conditions, coverage for difference for up to three years.

Lease Cancellation

If required to relocate before expiration of lease, reimbursement of up
to three months’ rent for lease cancellation penalties.

Home Search Assistance

Specific expenses covered for one round trip to visit new location.

Temporary Living Expense

Lodging and meal expense reimbursement for up to 45 days.

Moving Costs

Third Party Carrier

> Pack and move up to 20,000 pounds of household goods

> Shipment of two automobiles

> Storage of household goods for up to 60 days

Self Move

> Own vehicle: Reimbursement of mileage and tolls

> Rental Truck: Reimbursement of rental charges and cost of gasoline
   and tolls

Travel to New Location

Reimbursement of cost of economy/coach class accommodations via
air/rail or mileage and hotel/meal cost if travel is in personal vehicle.

Lump Sum Payment of $2,000

Identification of needs and coordination of referrals to local qualified real
