Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson offers an optional, flexible "9/80" work week for most positions.

How it works:

Week number 1: you work a 9-hour day Monday through Thursday, and an 8-hour day on Friday.

Week number 2: you work 9-hour days from Monday through Thursday, and Friday is a day off. These Friday's are a day off with pay because you have already worked the hours during that two week period. This benefit is in addition to the paid time off you receive as a Raytheon employee.
