The Human Resources Leadership Development Program is our means of attracting the best and brightest graduate level Human Resources talent to Raytheon. Our program focuses on providing a world-class program and developing the future leaders of our organization. We provide challenging assignments that will expose you to important issues in business and Human Resources, while allowing you to interact with top-level Raytheon Company executives.
Program Options
Raytheon’s Human Resources Leadership Development Program has both a full-time, two-year rotational option and a 12-week summer internship option. The summer internship program is our primary pipeline for entry into our full-time program. For more information on each, click on the links below.
